Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
•    Items must be unused and in original condition
•    Items should be returned in their original packaging
•    Proof of purchase is required
Certain items may not be eligible for return if they show signs of use, damage, or misuse.
 

How to Start a Return

The easiest way to request a return is through your FLI Products account:

👉 Sign in to your account at account.fliproducts.com → find your order → click "Request return"

Alternatively, you can contact us at info@fliproducts.com with your order number, reason for return, and an image of the product condition. Our team will provide return instructions.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
•    Refunds are issued to the original payment method
•    Processing typically occurs within 5–7 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective product.
 
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@fliproducts with a reason for the exchange and an image of the product condition, and we will help arrange a replacement where applicable. 
 
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@fliproducts.com with your order#, an explanation, and an image of the products condition so we can resolve the issue.
