The Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MO DNR) has launched the Missouri Flood & Drought app — a free tool that delivers real-time insights into flood and drought conditions across the state.
Using data from streamgages, soil-moisture sensors, weather forecasts, and water models, the app helps users understand changing conditions and what they mean locally. An emergency alert feature notifies users when nearby rivers and creeks begin to flood. Available now on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
