Flex Strainer Cooking Tips – Measured Straining

Flex Strainer is widely known as a kitchen sink drain strainer and stopper. But did you know you can use it to strain gravy, drain canned vegetables, fruit, tuna, and even separate egg whites and yolks? It's BPA-free, heat-resistant, and dishwasher safe — Made in the USA.

Its heat-resistant construction makes it great for hot liquids, and the soft silicone-like material provides a good grip against measuring cups. The Flex Strainer is 5.25" in diameter with a 3.25" inner diameter, fitting over most 1 and 2 cup measuring cups.

Gravy: Set the strainer over your measuring cup and slowly pour stock through it. It catches herbs, vegetables, and meat while letting liquid pass through cleanly.

Straining Canned Vegetables, Fruits, or Tuna: Open the can, place the Flex Strainer face down over the top, flip and drain directly into your sink. No extra bowls or colanders needed.

Separating Egg Yolks and Whites: Place the Flex Strainer over your measuring cup. Crack the egg into the strainer — the yolk stays in while the whites run through the soft silicone-like material.

Clean Up: Rinse over the sink or toss in the dishwasher. BPA-free and dishwasher-safe for easy maintenance.Flex Strainer Cooking Tips – Measured Straining
